Oscar’s Watch & Jewelry performs written appraisals appropriate for insurance appraisal.
Each appraisal comes with a photo and a detailed description
of the jewelry piece.
Bridal Registry / Wish Lists
We offer bridal registries to our engaged customers and also maintain wish lists for any customer who’d like to register special gifts.
Whether you want to make sure friends and family know what
you’ve been hoping for or you’d just like to keep track of
your desires personally, we’re here to help.
Custom Design
Have something unique in mind but can’t find it anywhere? We’re happy to assist you through the process of designing a completely new piece. We’ll work with you to ensure the durability of the design as well as the beauty. Ask one of our Sales Professionals how to create the jewelry of your dreams!
Engraving
Our in-store engraver will gladly engrave and personalize any jewelry piece.
This service is performed by hand or machine, depending on
the jewelry piece.
Gift Wrapping
This additional service is completely free of charge.
Jewelry Restyling
If an item in your jewelry box has gone out of style or you simply want to try something new, bring it to us.
We’ll work with your specifications to create something
fresh and exciting.
Pearl and Bead Restringing
Oscar’s Watch & Jewelry will custom-string your necklaces or bracelets and will always clean your jewelry before restringing.
This can be done in many different styles and we’re glad to
work with you to create the perfect style.
Repairs
Eye Glass Repair
We repair most types of eyeglasses.
Jewelry Repair
We have repairmen trained in myriad aspects of jewelry repair. We
can repair ALL KINDS OF JEWELRY, including costume jewelry.
Clock & Watch Repair
Watch battery replacement and repairs are done on the premises. Watch repair estimates are free. We service all high end watches including Rolex, Omega, Raymond Weil, Rado, Baume Mercier, Ebel, Movado and more.
We also repair clocks.
Store Policies
Appraisals
We are happy to provide you with a free insurance appraisal on your purchase.
Appraisals are performed by our Certified Gemologists trained by the Gemological
Institute of America (GIA).
Custom Work
All custom jewelry is nonrefundable and requires a 30% deposit before the work begins.
Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client’s complete
satisfaction.
Diamond Inspections
We recommend bringing us your diamond jewelry for inspection every 6 months. Our jeweler will inspect the prongs to help prevent any possible damage or loss of your gemstones.
This inspection service is free.
Gift certificates
We offer gift certificates in any denomination.
Financing
“Same as cash” and other payment plans are available to fit your needs.
Layaway
We offer a 90 day layaway plan for any item you desire. We do
require an initial 30 % deposit of the total purchase including tax.
The payments thereafter may be made at your convenience in accordance to the terms. Alterations & adjustments, such as ring sizing, will be made at balance payoff. Most can be done the same day.
Expired layaways will receive an in store credit for monies received.
Refunds & Exchanges
Only most returns & exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All Returns will receive in-store credit only. No cash or credit card refunds. These returns must be in new condition and accompanied by your original receipt or a copy of it. Returns are subject to restocking fees if alterations have been performed and/or if the item needs polishing.
Certain special orders and altered items may be non-returnable and/or subject to
restocking fees.
